Policy & Delegations Governance Review

The Town of Port Hedland engaged Atlin to undertake a comprehensive review of its governance framework, including Council policies, the Delegations Register and supporting Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs). Over time, the governance environment had evolved with duplication, inconsistent structures and unclear linkages between policy, delegations and operational procedures. The review was designed to establish a simplified, legislatively aligned and auditable governance framework that supports effective decision-making, accountability and operational delivery across the organisation.
